Partner as Consultant
EMDRIA Approved Consultants™ and eligible Consultants-in-Training can support UPSIDE participants as they work toward EMDRIA Certified Therapist™ or Approved Consultant™ status.
Consultants provide eligible consultation at the rates established by the UPSIDE Program. The EMDRIA Foundation pays participating consultants directly for approved consultation completed after a participant has been accepted into the program.
Who Can Participate?
Participation is open to EMDRIA Approved Consultants™ in good standing and Consultants-in-Training who meet current UPSIDE eligibility requirements.
Consultants must be able to provide consultation that qualifies for the participant’s intended credential and agree to the program’s rates, documentation requirements, and payment process.
Consultant Expectations
Participating consultants agree to:
- Provide eligible consultation toward the participant’s approved credential goal
- Establish clear expectations for scheduling and communication
- Maintain accurate consultation records
- Complete required credential documentation
- Submit invoices according to program procedures
- Follow professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards
How It Works
1. Apply
Submit the consultant interest form with information about your credentials, experience, availability, and consultation services.
2. Connect
Eligible consultants may be connected with a UPSIDE participant based on credential requirements, consultation needs, availability, and fit.
3. Provide Consultation
After the required agreements are completed, provide approved consultation and submit documentation for payment.
